Very conveniently located next to a few train lines ( since Osaka is huge convenience depends on what you want to do). Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is GREAT! The rooms are small.

Recently stayed here whilst we were in Japan, enjoyed our stay. This was an easy 15minute walk to Dotonbori and other amazing food places. Good coffee close by Also they provide beverage refreshments which was great! Would recommend staying here

Hotel is very near Shinsaibashisuji shopping street. 8mins walk from metro station though. When I book it, it shown as a pair of connecting rooms. But when I check in I was told there is no connected rooms, the rooms are just next to each other. Rooms are very small. Will recommend this for the location though.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the metro. We were surprised at how small the room actually was but managed for the four days we were there. It was clean, there was a microwave we could use and also tea and coffee from 12 noon onwards.

This hotel is right where you want to be in Osaka. Very near shopping and dining areas. Walkable to.the metro too. The rooms are decent. There is a dining area after the lobby, that offers hot soup and beverages to compliment your take home snacks. I recommend this hotel.for the convenience and value for money it offers.

Poor Housekeeping Experience

Most of the reception and restaurant staff were polite and helpful, but the housekeeping service was very disappointing. My personal items on the bed were moved carelessly, my own hanger was broken, and trash on the floor wasn’t cleaned up. Because of this, I chose not to use the housekeeping service for the last few days of my stay.
