2 mins walk to the Dekijima station, family mart / groceries within 2 mins walk. Roomy for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Excellent overall.

I got a room that I can even put my luggage , literally without space the door was no open all the way because the space and I have doble bed together like one bed because they did not have any spaces at all in the room the TV was literally against the bed. Very uncomfortable, No housekeeping in 3 days.

So close to Dekijima station, good size for our family of four. Had grocer, family mart and Lawson near by, but the life supermarket was the best. Area was safe, but the road and train noise was noticeable, since we are used to a very quiet place, but itā€™s not a deal breaker. Big down side was the bathroom, it was mouldy and smelled bad every time we came back, so we aired it out with the ventilation and it was ok. Definitely needed a better cleaning than it had.

This is condo like with a Japanese vibe! Clean and complete with amenities. So close to the station, we did not mind the travel from Osaka. Affordable and accommodated a family of five. Will come back next time! Took time with 5 to register at check in but okay.

Awesome stay
Our stay was amazing. The location was great, it was just a few meters away from the train station which was convenient and there is nearby supermarket and also a Family Mart.

Spent a long time to clean just to settle in this filthy room. Tatami mat didnā€™t look like the pictures. As you see the reviews from the other guests this room was coated with grease in the kitchen and dust all over from Shoji sliding door to the bathroom door. I am allergic to the dust and got a bad reaction immediately. Bed linens were clean and the bed was uncomfortable. The freezer was coated with ice. Check in process was too weird and pre-check in QR code didnā€™t work. Hotel offer absolutely no refund for your cleaning work. They donā€™t specify how often they clean during my stay and after checking in I had to ask them again then told me every 3 days so if you stay 10 days you get to have 3 cleaning. No wifi info then you notice the bottom of a tv written about wifi code. The strangest comment I got before checking in using chat was when I asked what floor will I be in and the room direction or noise do I get to know? Their answer was ā€œas you see on the reviewsā€. I donā€™t even know if this is a Japanese operated property or not based on how they responded. The security door seemed very good thatā€™s the only plus side.

Super near to Dekijima station. 8 stops to Osaka-Namba, very fast. Check in was confusing. Sofa was abit worn out and dirty

The lobby is well conditioned and looks clean. The apartment inside also has clean toilets, with comfortable beds and cooling air-conditioning that makes us fall asleep quickly. We will definitely come here again! Sincerely appreciate the staff helping us to find our stuff left at the apartment, good job šŸ‘ Well done šŸ‘ Thank you so much for your team effort.

Property was great very close to the train station which is convenient. Amenities were great with a fridge and washing machine inside. The only big issue I had was that one of our bed sheets were heavily stained and even had a 3 or so inch what I can assume is a blood stain.

We loved our stay at the Rakuten Stay in Osaka. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean and well situated at a minute distance from the nearest train station. Itā€™s also a walking distance to a Family Mart and Lawson. Recommended stay for a family.

Good stay at Osaka
It was a stay of 3 nights and 4 days. The room was 100% satisfactory. However, the staff told me to contact customer support to change towels. However, due to the difficulty in reaching customer support from the mobile phone of the foreign company, I washed the used towel before going out, dried it indoors, and reused it for three days. I would appreciate it if you could consider the smoothness of the towel exchange method.

Comfortable and peaceful place to stay, away from city yet convenient to go anywhere like Namba and Usj. There are clinic, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. 2 bedrooms were big and spacious for family of 5. Big and comfortable beds. Toiletries good but bring your shower caps and razors if u need. Easy to check in, rem to check your email to get the code to enter the hotel. Overall a clean, relaxing stay for us! We loved it!

The ipad tocu system was off, so after a tired day, this is not what we wanted to deal with. After providing all the details b4 going, it seems annoying to have to provide all details again. Location is also a little bit inconvenient. Although Dekijima station is very close (100m), it is not well serviced station (lot of express trains does not stop here).

Good location surrounded by pharmacy, convenient stores, grocery store, Life hypermart and eateries all within short walking distance to the train station. Apartment room was clean and good condition with comfortable beds. But if there is anything that need improvement/change will be the dull looking fridge, washing machine and bins.

We stayed for 5 nights and our apartment was not cleaned even once! Also, supplies such as soap and toilet tissue were not replenish. Overall place is clean, a plus is the washing machine and dryer, and train station right outside.

It is so convenient just a few steps away from the train station and yet the place is so quiet and not busy at all. Thereā€™s also a family mart and drug store at the corner. A couple blocks thereā€™s even a post office for your post cards !

Customer service is excellent, I booked two rooms since I thought only 2 beds in each room, we have four peoples, actually there are 4 beds in each rooms. They help us to cancel one room for free. I use the electronic check in/ out very convenient, he hotel is good location and easy to access subway only 1 min. Very clean and cozy.

Location was perfect as it is near the train station and only 20 minutes to Dontonbori and the Aeon Mall. In addition, thereā€™s markets and restaurants close by. The room was clean, amenities perfect, and the beds were so so comfortable! Having a washer and small kitchen was definitely a plus. We would definitely return to RakutenSTAY in the future.

Very clean and modern. It is strategically located, too. Only one-minute walking distance from the train station, thereā€™s a nearby convenience store and several nice local restaurants around. Itā€™s fully-furnished, too, which makes it convenient for a family accommodation.

The property is very near to Dekijima Station. Rooms are clean with complete amenities for both short & long staying guests. Nice smelling property, linens are kept clean, Bathrooms are cleaned well as well as the towels. well ventilated, value for price. Overall excellent. Highly recommendable especially for those who wants to visit Universal Studios Osaka.

Nice, clean, and close to the train station. We chose this hotel because it was close to Universal Studios Japan (25 min from there) and how affordable it was. We had to travel a little bit but for the price, it was worth it! Highly recommend.

Great interior design, an absolute pleasure to stay in, to the point where we were both wishing our own apartment was like it! All the amenities you need, very spacious and well thought out design. Super close to dekijima station (~1 minute). Two minor things: first is we weren't contacted with a PIN that was apparently needed to gain entry the first time so it left us stuck outside with our luggage for a while until somebody came to the front. Secondly the apartment shook noticeably every time a train went by. We thought they were earthquakes at first! Having said that, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
