Great hotel, location and staff. Spa was nice, check in and check out was a breeze. Love the heated toilet seat and the super strong pressure of the shower heads.

This property was not clean. Our bathroom had remnants from previous guests. The room furnishings were worn and threadbare. The heater — when on — created stinky air. The bathroom itself had a tipped floor. And it was made of a material we have never encountered before. Definitely not friendly to bare feet. The hotel did not supply a bathmat and gave us only two bath towels and two hand towels (one of which became our bathmat). The breakfast room was extremely crowded with an amusement-park-like line! The food was merely edible. The worst was the floor. My sneakers stuck and squeaked with every step. We bought 3 breakfasts and ate only one. The Starbucks nearby or even the 7-Eleven are better bets! Overall, it was among the worst hotels I have visited. There are many choices in the area. This one should be a last resort. Pricey for a Motel 6 experience.

Definitely Japanese style accommodations. Smaller space, the King is actually two twins put together, but very clean with an amazing and helpful staff.

Short easy walk to Universal Studios and City Walk. Next to the train station. Skyspa has beautiful view with four hot tubs indoor and outdoor. Nice breakfast with western and Japanese food options. A pleasant stay for a family visiting Universal Studios.

Great hotel location, their front door is just a few steps from subway and entrance to Universal Studios City Walk. I don’t know much about Japanese hotels, but I will say a lounge will be awesome.

Great place and very near to universal studios. The beds are low to the ground, so great for kids. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, giving us directions for the trains and providing advice. I even lost my watch at one point and the front desk helped me find it! I would go back.

The hotel is just outside the station and 2 minute walk to the front gate of universal. The room was a nice size and the price was great.

Walking distance to the Universal Studio. We knew the queue was long so we had breakfast buffet in the hotel. Shopping for souvenirs were all close by. Excellent hotel albeit small room size.

In Universal Walk and next to the train station. Universal Studios just 5 min walk. Lots of dining options including a Lawson and Family Mini mart. Great place to stay if you have kids. Hotel very clean with top floor bath spa (not a western spa). Would stay here again!

Great location for USJ. Room was okay but slightly dated and beds were not the comfiest. We were in a corner view room and the noise from the window was loud, luckily we packed earphones. Breakfast is catered to an Asian audience rather than Western with lots of different choices. However, it gets really busy 5 mins after it opens so arrive early!

This hotel blew me away with how nice everything was. The room was spacious and offered silky pajamas that were very comfortable. The amenities and laundry service they have are highly convenient. Finally, I cannot express how thankful I am for the staff member who helped me print out my tickets. Top of the line service! Thank you!

Fantastic hotel right at the bottom of the universal studios promenade close to shops and restaurants,. conveniently located just outside of the train station. We stayed two nights in a king room with a sofa bed and it was more than enough space for myself, my partner and our daughter. The room was very clean and there was alot of variety at breakfast We also used the hotel service to ship our luggage to our onward hotel in nihonbashi. Fantastic, reliable and fast, and only cost about £11 for a large heavy hiking backpack. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again in the future

Expensive for Osaka.
Expensive stay for Osaka, but a premium okay to walk to USJ in 5 min. Tiny room $350 USD advertised then hit with additional $40 USD a night local tax. Small room, no closet just hangers on a flat wall. Wall on one side of bed was 3 inches from mattress. Hard mattress and rock-like pillow. Breakfast buffet was okay. Good coffee and French rolls. Asian food not good aside from miso soup and lukewarm. Too tired to enjoy top floor onsen. Would probably stay in Namba area next time and just take train over to USJ in morning and taxi back to hotel and save $150 a night.

Ideal spot for those going to Universal. Hotel is right at the train station too so pretty simple to get around. The beds are comfortable enough. Hotel is looking a little old, no usb outlets in the rooms either. We had free breakfast but i would go elsewhere if its not included, the buffet there isnt great

We loved the location of this property. Lobby entry was literally to the right hand side of the subway exit, which made it so easy with heavy luggage! It is a 3-5 minute walk to the USJ gate, making it super handy if you want to enter the park early to miss the crowds. Rooms are quiet so you will not hear any train noise despite being so close to the station. Room was nice but if you're not used to low beds, you might find it tricky getting up and down. Beds are at shin height, which is typical for a Japanese style bed. Overall we found the room very small and did not have any wardrobe space. There was no iron or ironing board but these could be borrow on request. As to where you'd set it up, not sure?! Room packed tight. Bathroom was okay. Shower pressure really good. Customer service was excellent. The staff are friendly and polite and kindly stowed our baggage for nearly 10 hours after we checked out (this was handy as we went to visit the Aquarium on the other side of town).
