Missed a connecting flight in KL so booked this hotel last minute. On check in, the staff weren’t overly enthusiastic, but gave me the information I needed and everything went smoothly. The hallways/lobby etc. are quite dingy and don’t seem clean. My room had tons of tiny bugs all over it, and I also saw a number of those bugs in the hallways. The toilet in my room flushed one time, after that it wouldn’t work to flush again. I stayed for two nights, and on my second day, my key card stopped working. I brought it to the front desk and it just needed to be reprogrammed, but not sure why that happened. The hotel does have a laundry room which was convenient, and it was a cheap price for such short notice. It was also close to the airport which was good. Overall though, the dirty feeling, the bugs, and the toilet breaking make me unlikely to stay at this hotel again.

Dear Guest, Thanks for the review and your opinion is important for our future improvement. We are apology that we are just budget transit hotel with offer budget room rate for our budget traveller. For the toilet is working normal and you may forgot to turn on the water pipe just next to the toilet ball for water refill into the flush tank. For the room key is per day update basic according to the key log system and you may require to update the key again with us for the second day stay. For the lobby, we are turn off the dining area lighting as well as the facilities area is not open in the night time for the cost energy saving purpose. We may look into this matter and wish to have more funky element if we do have budget for the implementation in the future. We ask you to accept our repeated apologies for the inconvenience caused and hope that we will have the privilege of welcoming you to stay again in the near future, under altogether happier circumstances. Nothing unique about Youniq. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. The stay was unpleasant and the people were not hospitable. Uses asthetics od the lobby to lure travelers in only to find the sleeping quarters unkept and unfit. The mattress was dirty, and I saw bedbugs. I paid for the room and only stayed 1 hour before moving to another hotel. I don’t recommend any westerner staying at this place. Spend an extra $5 and keep your piece of mind.

My room was very noisy bcos it was by the roadside. I can sleep very easily, so it was ok for me though it was seriously noisy. If u r a light sleeper, u would have regretted booking the room. The owner should have done something about making it sound proof.

Charged a 10 RM tax upon arrival. Not mentioned anywhere that I could find. Reception told me 30 minutes to airport at 4 in the morning and it took 12. Ended up at airport way too early. You get what you pay for.

Excellent service and strategic location. I loved the fact that the laundry service are free, but u need to buy your own detergent. There are also places where you can refill water. This place is perfect if u are in transit.

Nice hotel, I love that the hotel provide water dispenser and laundry facility. However, it would be nicer if the blanket/comforter was larger since the room is cold but the comforter barely fit 2 female adults.

A good overnight resting place.
This is the second time I have stayed here between flights at KLIA. I have no complaints whatsoever. The surrounding area is nothing special but you usually there just to sleep between flights. Pick up service works very well

Ideal location close to klia2
Short distance away from klia2. staff friendly. No issue of finding food around the hotel. However, no welcoming drinks and no hair dryer inside the room and has to take from the counter so inconvenient. More importantly, the transport pick up is inconvenient because our arrival time is around 920pm,hotel unable to pick up. Reasons being our flight may delay . Therefore, we need to take our own cab to the hotel ourselves. Do our AirAsia flight always delay and how often ? Can the hotel pick up at 11pm ?

The room was fine, a little small. It was clean but it smell of smoke. It is not very sound proof as I could hear people talking from the street below (was on the 2nd floor) and the next room or hall way till late night.

A Hotel that is Only Best for Stopover Stays
Hotel staffs not very helpful. Remember to have your meals and buy your stuffs at the airport before hotel check-in. Hotel is along the side of the highway, and there are very limited choice for food and no entertainment within walking distance. The rooms are air conditioned but the air-con unit is loud and noisy. Airport pick-up and drop-off timings are limited. Hotel staffs do not entertain to any other Airport pick-up and drop-off timings, even though the driver is idling at a corner. Note that someone near the entrance will try to sell you a taxi despite the hotel providing shuttle service. You can opt for private-hire car services if you really need to travel elsewhere.

Hotel staff not really helpful. The rooms are air conditioned but the rest of the hotel is not. This hotel is approximately 20 min away from the airport by taxi. Airport pick-up request must be submitted 48 hours before arrival time. Airport drop-off timings are only available up to 12pm. Someone near the entrance will try to sell you a taxi despite the hotel providing shuttle service. The area is along the side of the highway in a set of about 6 buildings, there are very little choice for food and no entertainment within walking distance. Please have your meals and buy your stuffs at the airport before hotel check-in.

This place is great for overnight,price and distance to airport is good very reasonable, comfort of the room and amenities beyond my expectation, bed was ok for a night,pilows linnes were of good qualities. Overall great. and the shuttle was reliable very on time.

1. Aircond not cold at all. Room No. 105 2. Booking tru expedia, and the showes brakfast included but then when check in different story we dissapointed and feel cheated. 3. i paid extra RM20 in counter for breakfast so altogether RM 105+20 = RM 125.00 wat the special i book tru ONLINE . next time dont put breakfast included then after deducted from debit card only says is not included!

Ask a deposit RM30 for prayer mat (sejadah) and need to come down at lobby to take..so not recommended to other Muslim , also the room is not cool enough
