"It was lovely. We didn’t try the breakfast because it was way over priced for a continental. So we chose De Vine restaurant for probably the best breakfast in London and only a 5 min walk. Costed 1/3rd the Hotels breakfast "

"Had a really lovely stay at the Strand Palace. We recieved a free upgrade to a King size double room. The hotel was reasonably quiet and the food was great, a huge selection was available for breakfast. The only slight criticism is that the cold water tap in the ensuite bathroom kept running hot. Don't know what was wrong with the plumbing, but it wasn't very convenient to brushing your teeth!"

"I was a little concerned about the no windows room at first but it was great actually. Quiet, dark and great air conditioning.. put your alarm on if you don’t want to oversleep :) Great stay. Will definitely stay again. "
