If you want to stay very comfortable hotel with great service and affordable price at Osaka, this hotel is the answer. 25 min free shuttle service between hotel and Osaka station is convenient enough to come and go to downtown Osaka. "This is an older luxury hotel that is showing its age. We did have a pleasantly large renovated room, though bathrooms were tired. The shuttle to Osaka station was very convenient but without the shuttle this hotel is not in a great location. A kilometre plus to get anywhere on foot. Staff were very nice and the bartender in the Cellar Bar was excellent. We paid to use the
