"The stay was great. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. This is the best location for a few reasons. It's right on top of Umeda station. This is basically a huge mall and food area with mostly locals living their daily lives. While still a busy area, there really aren't very many tourists in this area which is great. There is a small Sushi spot under the street that was my favorite place to eat sushi in Japan. "

They complimentary coffee and tea packets to take to your room is great. We love the feature with the electric hot water pot in the room. We will continue to stay here. "
