Located conveniently at Victoria Station, all of London, and the UK itself, are just a few feet away. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. "Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."

"Centrally located, easy walks to some major attractions. We liked the room size, the cleanliness and the overall condition of the hotel room. The windows insulate the room well from any street noise. "

The location couldn’t be better, right on the river with Uber Boats nearby and a lovely strolling area. The décor is fun, modern, and stylish, and everything was spotless. Service was top-notch from start to finish. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely love to return!"
