"The Royal Pines in Urawa is conveniently located within walking distance of the Urawa train station, shopping mall and delectable restaurants. Staff went out of their way to help me get back to the airport or anywhere else i wanted to go. I recommend this hotel!!!!"

"This is a very unique, spa-hotel with amazing things to discover! We had a great time! I will prefix this by saying that if you want a tradition hotel, this might not be for you. Our room was small but comfortable, the bed reminded me more of a ryokan than a western hotel with a small sink and toilet. The shower stations and onsen are where you can bathe, shave and dry your hair. This is a communal onsen. I did wish the towels were newer but overall it didn’t really bother me. "It’s an excellent hotel just minutes walk from Omiya station. The building is clean and has a restaurant and very affordable breakfast buffet. The staff are all very well-trained and polite. They were happy to help me extend my stay on last minute notice and remain in the same room. (Twice). I recommend Marroad Inn. They always brought fresh towels"

"I was originally upset when I first booked the room because I accidentally booked a smoking room. I was pleasantly surprised when I went into the room and it didn't smell like smoke. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice."
