The hotel was very basic but it had everything I needed. There was a restaurant nearby and a few convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rates were very cheap given the locale. Wasn’t easy to get Grab or a taxi, but there was a nearby MRT station a 15-minute walk away. I would stay there again.

There were no electric kettle to even boil water... Shower was broken in the previous room and TV cannot change language... There were no housekeeping at both rooms we stayed... Thank Hod they gave another room after the shower malfunctioned in the previous room... The location was not comfortable... Only one staff was friendly and the other guy staffs looked at us like something else... But at least there was shops nearby to buy the essentials... Overall the stay was ok except for the hotel services and facilities....

Very poor .. booking by online hotel when reach to location the reception said hotel close off and have to go another hotel in another area with same boss .. still mange to stay but the hotel not clean no lock to bathroom door mosquitoes at nite until cant sleep at all Peace off .. please before let them register hotel check it 1st the facilities and the condition..

Feel disappointed with the cleanliness
Once I enter the room, the whole floor are sticky.. i need to wipe by myself. There is bad smell in the room. Like a cigarette smoke smell. I need to inhale it for one night. This hotel cleanliness really need a major improvement.

Ultra budget if you must.
Place was secluded. Hotel sign board was just a banner. No toiletries, soap or shampoo. Took 30 mins to verify my booking. Decided not to stay and left the place instead.

Low price hotel
Bad location, noisy surroundings; toilet door cannot lock; don't even provide mineral water or kettle to cook water. The price is really cheap, you pay what you get.

arrived at hotel @ 12am, the staff did not allowed me in. said some issue with my online booking, and the hotel already booked. asked me to go to another hotel under same company.. what a waste of time..

Nice and clean hotel, I hope the hotel managment will prepare a water despanser for hot water to guess. I book 3 room. 2 room for 1 queen bed and 1 family room (2 queen bed) but after arrived at the hotel the room for family is full. The hotel just give me a room with 1 queen bed and 1 singgle bed for replacement. Hope this thing will not happen aggain to everyone.

No drinking water in the room.
Overall is good. Just there's no drinking water in the room. I was drunk and I had tape water. The clorin is so strong and it killed my throat.

I've made a booking here and paid for full payment for a room with a queen sized bed as i was staying alone. Made a request of checking in late. Upon arrival, i was told that the room i've paid for was unavailable and i HAVE to pay extra for a room with a queen sized bed and a single bed. I insisted that i have made booking and payment and i should get the room that i've booked for but they still asked me for extra payment. In the end, i paid extra RM10 for 'request for extra bed' as stated in the invoice. It is not the money that i cared about. It is how they treated customer badly and insisted for the customer to pay for their own mistake.

Good hotel.
We booked at 1am and checked in at 2am. They didn't have the single room i booked so upgraded me to a family room, staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was ok. Shower wasn't hot enough though. Overall good stay.

I booked this hotel online with the price at RM123. However when I show them my online reservation, the staff told me that he don't know anything about online booking. They charge me RM160 with the reason that I didn't pay online,so if I pay on the spot at hotel counter, i need to pay at normal price. I was so disappointed as booking online doesn't required to pay until the day we check-in. I even called to Expedia.com to make my complaint, however it waste a lot of my time with my boyfriend!!! Please think twice if you wanted to get cheap price from online. Because I was attracted by the promotion price,at the end they charge me normal price. = (
