"Loved our stay here! The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and new. Amenities were great, shower was hot! Great location right in the old town. Very close to the popular “Beer Street”, which meant there was a lot to do nearby - we couldn’t hear any noise from our room at all so slept very well. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The views from both the rooms and restaurants are breathtaking, adding significantly to the hotel's charm. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay. The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip."
