The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but functional, and very quiet and dark for sleeping. The housekeeping staff were excellent, and our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Breakfast was varied and delicious each morning, and the staff there were helpful, friendly, and easy to laugh. We stayed at a triple room, with 3 single beds. The room is very crowded and there is no room to lay flat and open any of our suitcases. Very inconvenience.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel gar nicht weit von der nächsten Bahnstation entfernt. Das Zimmer war für den Preis mehr als Top. Nur die Matratze war mir “PERSÖNLICH” zu hart. Aber das hatte ich bislang bei fast allen Hotels hin Japan. Würde ich auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.
