"Very quiet and further away but I really enjoyed the hotel. Easy to get in and out. Everyone from the front desk, security, door and maid were super friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant downstairs with room service was a plus. Oir family enjoyed the pool and the gym with great air conditioner with pool side view was perfect. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone. My only complaint is the carpet in the bedrooms. If that can get removed (very old) I would...

"The surrounding of the hotel was good as it is located next to the sea. However the streets outside were dirty and full of chaotic traffic."

"Great value for money, good size rooms, clean and tidy. Right next to a large hostel, don’t be put off by that as the hostel is a great location for all info on trips, booking taxis etc and the staff are mainly from the U.K. You will get some noise if you are located at the front but you get that in virtually every hotel in Hanoi. Located in a good area for bars & restaurants. Try Durty Burger, Black Jacks for good UK style food. "

"It’s in a great part of the city, a bit quieter than the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room size was much smaller than it appears on the photos. There’s little in bathroom amenities even though the bathroom was a good size. The shower door was very noisy and difficult to slide. There was no space to put the jug except on the floor. Just a couple of little changes would make it a much more pleasant stay. Also had trouble with the aircon. The hotel does have its charm. "
