"6 days 5 nights stay"
I think for this hotel is really value for money for its location. Given that Japan hotel are usually small, Size for this room is 11 11sqm , but if you are two asian small built, i think is okie, still can move around abit. People should not complain that the room is small, the size of the room is already mention upfont so you should know what you are booking, dont blame the hotel. If you find the hotel abit warm during winter cause they only have heater, just open the toilet door and its solve. the toilet is very clean dont worry. They use shiseido product for shampoo, conditoner and body wash, u dont even need to bring any toiletries. Toothbrush are lable in different color so you dont get mix up with your partner, first time i feel hotel really put in effort to such extend, even their towels are different colors so you know who is using which. They have hot spa on the top floor for free, but i didnt get to use it cuase too busy shopping and eating, will try it next time. the spa room is seperated by gender so dont have to worry.

"Good location and friendly staff"
Stayed here on last night in Tokyo, arriving late from the JR station (shinkansen part). Make sure to check directions BEFORE you try to walk there so that you exit from the correct part of the station. We walked for a long time in the cold with heavy bags and it was tricky to find. However, the location is great (close to everything) and staff were helpful. One of the staff checked how we could use our JR rail pass to get to Haneda and printed out the schedule. We also got a timetable for my Mom, going to Narita. They also gave us a small bag as a gift. I actually liked Shibuya better because I found it less chaotic but if you want to stay in this area, I'd recommend it with no hesitation.

Nice Japanese business hotel. If you're not used to the lack of size it'll be a shock but it's still a really nice place.

"Lovely hotel but difficult to find"
Generally most locations off the main strip will be, but this hotel was worth it. Typical Japanese style seems to be smaller style rooms and that was ok for us since we weren't planning on staying in the room other than to sleep. It was clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast on the 2nd floor was very nice. An excellent variety of North American and Japanese style foods. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for those on a budget. The price was affordable and we enjoyed out stay.

"Worth the price"
Price is really cheap including breakfast. Free drink at lobby for green tea & coffee. Hotel can keep your luggage overnight. Warm packet will be presented in winter. Will give you a bottle of water on everyday Free laundry service but takes 4 days. Location is not really good, not easy to get to the hotel if 1st stay. Standard room is so small but I got upgrade a bit bigger room for 2nd check-in.
