"It was wonderful.. they really took care of us.. it was my sisters birthday month and they gave us a beautiful surprise by upgrading us to a bigger room and even decorating it with balloons and cake They didn’t have to do it and we never expected as the actual birthday was more than 2 weeks away"

"We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Hanoi. It was really great and would easily recommend. The location is super convenient as it's located right in the Old Quarter. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated, but was all we needed. Aircon and wifi were appreciated. Breakfast was included and had good buffet and hot alacarte options. The staff were amazing, especially Anna who gave us tons of tips on tours (booked thru her for our halong bay cruise). We also used their airport pick up service which went smoothly. All in all a perfect choice for about $45usd/nt."

The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay. The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip."
