We had a wheelchair accessible room, it was a little difficult to hold the main door and manage the wheelchair at the same time. Some parts of the room were carpeted and was a little difficult to manoeuvre a non powered wheelchair. Swimming pool had areas with shaded pool chairs that were very accessible and had ramps properly laid out. We had a great time relaxing by the pool. Service is great and efficient. The checkout staff noticed my dissatisfaction as I was waiting a tad bit long and gave me a box of chocolate upon checkout. Few things to note: AC is motion sensored, it can get hot at night when no motion is detected. Phone network is cut off as soon as you enter the room and am “forced” to use the hotel wifi instead. TV keeps turning off by itself when changing channels. Check in counter and concierge can have more staff during peak check in and check out hours....

The suite was very clean and the area was huge! We booked a night at the family suite for our dog’s birthday and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! In particular Khristy was patient in guiding us through our entire stay. She even provided us a cake to celebrate the birthday. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we would love to come back.
