"An above-average business hotel near Ikebukuro JR station. The basic rooms are pretty small, but the larger two-twin bed rooms and two-twin couch rooms are closer to what you might expect in a European or American budget hotel. Location is convenient, but definitely still has a touch of the red-light-district after dark. Still very safe though. Denny's downstairs is convenient for tourists but I beg you, do not eat there, there are two dozen better options within 5 minutes walk."

The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years.
