"Fantastic stay at the hotel, with the staff being very helpful and welcoming right from the start. Carpark entrance was a bit strange, as it only allows for one way traffic. Security guards are stationed there to facilitate the flow."

"The bed is very comfortable. I can fall asleep within 10 mins. The pillow is nice and comfortable too. The buffet breakfast have a wide spread and many types of foods to eat. It’s also have many types of fruits juices to drink too. I will definitely stay again at this hotel at JB. "

"Good location next to KSL. Room is dated. Floor lamp stand is almost fractured, held up with duct tape. Bed is clean but unsure about the sofa and cushions. All canned drinks and snack (1 x KitKat) in fridge is free. Nice touch. "
