The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near multiple restaurants and the LRT metro system. Also, two doors down from the hotel is a laundry where they will wash, dry and fold your laundry for 10 RM. This is my second stay here and I will be back!

There was nothing that we did not like, All staff were excellent. The breakfasts were varied and abundant. Our room was everything we would need and most comfortable. This Hotel is diffidently at the four star level. Thank you

Again the front desk staff at this Hotel was excellent. Along with the other staff being very good as well. Great lobby with plenty of elevators. We have a great room at an affordable cost.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was nice of them to upgrade our room. However the overall maintenance of the room can be better. The bathroom had stains on the floor, sink and toilet were not too clean either. There was also no phone in the room call the front desk.

Room was old bathroom old not clean windows leak water after rain water puddles on floor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok nothing special. I took pics however orbits dose not allow pics to be uploaded.

Nice hotel, easy to find, lots of resteraunts in the area. Hotel was comfortable, clean and excellent staff. Only draw back is theres not a pool

Very good hotel in a great location
The hotel may be a little old, but it's VERY comfortable and a VERY good price. EVERYONE there, from the manager to the housekeeping team, is amazing and friendly. It's close to all sorts of food and convenience store options, inside a business park. It felt like a little section of Taiwan to us, which is a high compliment! We loved it so much, we'll be back here in a few weeks when we come back to KL. If you're looking for a good hotel, great location, and an affordable price, in Kuala Lumpur, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Great location and great service
All good with the price and location in Kuala Lumpur. Accepted during the night all the surrounding clubs noise is unbelievable loud Perhaps in the future the management can upgrade the windows a bit better soundproof insulation

Excellent Accommodation
A very nice and clean place to stay while in KL. There is a very short 4 minute walking route from the hotel to the LRT train station through the adjacent mall. Ask the hotel staff about it. Do not follow Google suggested walking route which takes 12 minutes.

Nice stay in a quiet area
Very central location with easy access to LRT station that connects you to other parts of the city. The bedroom is good size with a huge king size bed, quite comfy as well. Great stay for the price I paid :)

Hotel is newly renovated & well equipped. Room was clean n no insects seen. Clean bedsheets and puffy pillowsss. The stay was very enjoyable. I really liked the bathtub 👍👍👍👍

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Duty Manager Mr.Eric he was outstanding as he played a major role in helping me with the arrangement on the surprise. The room is spacious and comfortable. Will definitely come back again. View was perfect for the firework for NYE Countdown. Great hotel to stay in!

Staff are very friendly include the security guards . I nvr expect to get a cold towel when check in. Everything was good, room was nice, the only thing is the bathroom dirty especially the floor in bath area
