The staff service was good but the condition of the toilet was a bit run down. Needs a bit of renovation and better upkeep.

Staff were all good & accommodating, very helpful and prompt in delivering our request. When the sink was blocked, it got fixed quite fast and even the receptionist attended the leak after the plumber did not tighten the pipe properly.

Our stay was good. The receptionist treat us nicely and give a warm welcome. The room was good and we got an upgrade to a better room with the same price. Overall was good. The suggestion from me is for the hotel to reserve more parking lot for the hotel customer since the area was quite busy and it is hard to find space to park the car. Others thing is that it would be nice if the hotel could give additional room card for easier access if some of family member need to remain in the room.

Severe leakage of toilet ceiling, not sure whether it was waste water or something else. Staff didn’t react to the complaint.

With regards to the ceiling leakage I believe your room number was 111? Our staffs did checked on it while you were not in the room. However, no leakage was found when monitoring.
However, we are still monitoring the problem now. Nevertheless, we hope you had an enjoyable stay with us.
