Reception was so rude When I ask him I want see the room he threw my passport on the desk and he charge me extra money. Inside the room was dirty all the carpet is dirty and smile really bad

Location is excellent
It's all about location. Transit system within 20m of front door as is Jalan Alor. Free GoKL bus around the corner, in heart of Bukit Bingtang but away from the noisy nightclub/bars. Hotel is old but the room is large, solid walls but ventilation in bathroom is just a grill and cigarette smoke does come in from other rooms, only slightly but it can be detected. Has a kettle, 2 mugs and spoons but nothing else, where is the tea and coffee? I would stay here again.

Great location and price. Spacious room for family (4 pax) room but not room for 3 pax. Should supply supplementary coffee n tea bag n sugar. Air con controller for room 502 was faulty.

The hotel is in Bukit Bintang. Nice hotel however that area always traffic jam, especially during night time.

The hotel room has a door that connects to next room.. It doesn't feel safe even though is locked as there was once someone from the next door try to open and turning the knob. It is not soundproof thus lot of noise can be heard in the night. I Will not return.

Less of parking, the room is not comfort, i can hear people talk beside our next room. Somemore outside is so noise, im not sure whats was happend outside, i check out around 5.30am, is a bad experience for me, i wont come back next time.
