The bedsheet got dark/black stain. I only realise it the next morning..then the second day, new bed sheet but also, got stain but not as worse as the first day..first night the a/c was not as it should be..i could not sleep as i am sweating...the second night was bit ok because it was raining..

the utilities and equipment is good. The room also pleasing however the staff does not make me happy because they keep showing a sour face that make me uncomfortable. when i tried to ask about the deposit, they just keep saying the same thing and that does not make me understand. However everything is good and fun.

No Proper Parking Facility
For those who drive, it is highly not advisable to stay in this hotel as there is no parking facility provided by the hotel, despite being advertised as "free parking". I had to park my vehicle at a makeshift public (chargeable) car park at some 100 meters away and its condition was very bad. The car park was not paved, not asphalted and not lighted at all during the night. There were several potholes around and with poor visibility during the night, 1 of my vehicle bumper's wiper (1 piece unit with the wheel's fender unit) was hit and subsequently broke when my wheel went over a deep pothole. Now, I have to pay over RM400 to replace the whole wheel's fender unit. Never am I going to stay in this hotel again unless their basement car park will be ready, which has never been operational since the first day of the hotel's operation.

Friendly staff was where it ended with this hotel.
Stayed in the Pudu Branch for 2 days 1 night. I checked into the hotel around late evening. Firstly the road to the hotel was very dangerous, there was a vehicle on the opposite side of the road who almost crashed into me but luckily he realized and switch back into his lane. The hotel staff was very polite with checking me in, he even asked me permission to answer the phone as he was still serving me. The overall lobby area was quite nice with a good atmosphere. However it ended there, the room was quite small and smelled a bit like sewage. The sheets were clean but stained in many areas with dark spots. The air-cond was completely covered in dust as well as its filters. I could not stand the musky stuffy air so I cleaned it myself. There was absolutely no maintenance for the room at all. There was scratches on the wall caused by the 1 chair provided in the room. There was loud music playing from the streets but ended shortly before mid night. The bathroom was rather ok, equipped with a hair dryer and the shower had very good pressure and water volume. It was quite a good shower but the walls were a bit stained. There is no free parking, you can pay a few ringgit for parking opposite the hotel. Non-locals are subject to tourism tax. Overall I would not recommend this hotel if you have any allergies or slight breathing problems as the rooms are quite unhealthy.

Hotel staffs are too bad specially the reception. There no room service for a day and I called three times, he spokes very arrogantly but assured me to send a quick room service. After waiting for three hours I didn't get the service. Really annoying. I can't think how this hotel operating in KL.

Disappointing 1. The toilet / shower room was malodorous throughout my stay, probably due to malfunctioning sewage system. 2. The water that flowed out from the water pipe next to the toilet bowl was often brown for a few seconds before turning clear. 3. Slippers were, stated on their website, to be included as part of the room charge, it was however not provided and in fact not available at all upon further enquiry. Inconvenient for walking within the room if do not bring own's slippers or indoor footwear. 4. No shampoo. Only soap provided. Inconvenient for washing hair especially for female! Good 1. The bed was comfortable and clean. 2. The manager did apologise for the above 1&2 issues and promised to look into them asap.

Value for money with basic service!
This is a new hotel which just opening few months ago. I stayed there for 2 nights with my 2 kids. Rooms are clean & comfortable! Most of management staffs are very friendly & helpful especially Akik. However, one or two receptionist still need some training on hotel management as their sevives will effect the image of the hotel. I got a parking space just in front of the hotel entrance. It is very convenient for us to travel around the KL area as this hotel is located on the heart of KL. Good choice for us on trip!

No frills, but clean, comfy and good location
No frills hotel in a good location. 8 min walk to the train, 10 min walk to Jalan Petaling and 15 min to Jalan Alor. Small rooms, but comfy, good bed and A/C. WiFi worked better in some rooms than others (a friend stayed in another one), but all in all was sufficient. Good place to stay in KL to see the sights.

中心街に近いし、チャイナタウンにも近いまた、MrT駅も近いので便利です。 ただ、デポジットが100、税金が20宿泊時に必要だった。 アメニティーは、石鹸のみでシャンプーその他は一切ない。 窓もなく照明を消すと真っ暗になった。日が入らないので時間の感覚がなくなる。時計もない。

兩間房住了三天,第一晚半夜才到。早上發覺有些地方未清潔。 廁所 洗手盆 有黑漬,門口走廊有些垃圾,要等到隔天才消失。 位置很方便,轉灣已有便利店,唐人街,食街也近。

Great hotel, awesome manager
We stayed twice for two nights each. When we first arrived we got a room with a smelly drain (probably it wasn't used regularly because it's a new big hotel). We got a new room immediately. this time the water pressure for the toilet flush was extremely low. we got a new room again. The manager heard about these problems and was really sorry. From this moment on we were treated like king and queen. Everybody was trying to make our stay perfect - and it was perfect! The manager gave us great Information where to go, what to see, how to get there for free and how to bargain in chinatown. He even walked us to the free bus station. All the staff members were always friendly and you could always have a good little chat with them. We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

值得推薦的住宿
我們住的是三人房,房間乾淨整潔,只是比較小一些。第一天的早餐很讓人傻眼,應該是因爲遇到馬來人過年的關係,沒得選擇。本來想取消退款,跟店家反應後,主管非常有誠意,接下來兩天的自助式早餐都很不錯。價格也很實惠,整體來說是值得推薦的住宿!
