Because of money forget about the cleanliness.
The bed so dirty. At night one of customer shouting when I was sleeping. Don’t follow the hotel standard. The towel dirty. The picture shown on internet not same as actual.

Sindbad Hotel Times Sq KL - great location & cheap
Clean & affordable 3 star hotel. Welcoming hotel staff. Lady owner was very hospitable & caring. Got a room upgrade because the room that was booked online was not ready. Imbi MRT station & Berjaya Times Square is just in front, convenient to travel & shop. Many eating places downstairs & around, to suit all pockets. However there are stairs to climb & there is no lift, but ramps are available. No breakfast & no complimentary drinks but there is Sindbad restaurant which can be patronised.

Close to Times square, renovated but in bad shape
Pro - Location close to berjaya time square (mall + bus stop from SG), Looks recently renovated so "LOOKS" nice from the inside. Cons - Looks like bad house keeping + NO maintenance staff. 3-4 floors with NO LIFT We had a really dissapointing experience here. We kept switching rooms until we finally gave up. The first room had no TV and no toilet paper in the room. The next room still had no TV and was super noisy, as if there was a laundry room right next door. Also had banged up roof with holes in it... The third room that we just settled for had TV but no TV remote, an AC remote that was very hard to use, possibly because it had batteries which looked real banged up, and a phone that didnt work. The first night the ac started dripping so bad it was practically raining under it. We had to use 2-3 towels to soak it up. The next day they fixed the AC, and replaced the towels on the floor as we had asked but left us with NO bath towels.. The system to switch on the power also broke down on us twice and required us to go for help.

Nice hotel for one night but staff need to improve
This hotel has many good qualities including the bed and the shower however it lacks staff who are willing to help guests. I asked for a hairdryer on day one and even after check out and reminding staff multiple times I still never received it. Also the aircon unit was sellotaped together making it loud all night. The staff promised to come within a hour about TV not working but never came even after reminding them. We phones down to reception many times to ask for the above to be looked at but they would not answer the phone so you had to go down in person and they are down there. I also am yet to receive my welcome drink I paid for as they even promised on Expedia they would give us

we are really sorry for that bro because on that day you check in our both reception guys were absent and me also no their at that time .and the people you talk and ask for the hair dryer they work in restaurent so in other hand we are really apologize from our side .i want to see you again to come our hotel next time and do the same comment about us that we are good or not, but from our side on that day we are really apologize...

Kom inte hit!
Stinker bokstavligen urin genom hela byggaden. Sängkläderna fläckiga med smuts (färsk) och toaletten/bad rum var ett skämt. Managern gjorde sitt yttersta för att göra det så bra som möjligt dock ändå likgiltig.
