We are extremely sorry for your bad experience. kindly read all the information in the website when you book online. We clearly mention there for service apartment we don't have front desk. You booked the smallest room for cheaper price where our bed capacity is for two persons. Where did you find we mentioned this room is for 3 persons? Please don't blame anyone for your own fault. You did not inform us that you want to bring more people in the room. So who provide you the futon? Please don't tell a lie. Anyway thank you.

Dear Sir, who told you that the front desk in the same building for the hotel and service apartment? We clearly mentioned that the service apartment don't have any front desk. If you are a stupid what can we do? You did not read the information properly and blame the people who work hard for your satisfaction. Before we thought the Japanese are very gentle and polite. But we experienced that you are liar and rude. You thought you buy this property by renting a little amount? What ever you want you will get? We have some limitation you don't like to understand. At first you have to learn how to communicate in English. If you don't understand what I am trying to explain than how can you will be satisfied. You booked 1 studio and 1 Superior room by 2 different booking. When we understand that both bookings are for same person we give you 2 superior rooms in the same floor without any extra charge. You forgot that. How can you be so mean? Anyway thanks a lot.

You send me sms early morning on the check out date at 5:20 am when everyone stay in sleep.Mind it not one day before.you mentioned you want to check out 7:45 am. But You called me 8.52 when you get ready (not 7.45). And I apologize at once when I saw your massage which was at 9:22 am. As you don't had any local number to contact that's why I told you to inform me your check out time at the night but you send me sms in the morning.So please don’t tell a lie when you submit your comments online.
