No laundry facilities,
No tour/tickets assistance,
No slippers,
Blocked Toilet,
Difficult to flush the toilet ( I had to hold the lever for a long time),
Large leak around the sink, not fixed after 10 days.
Very cold tea and coffee at Breakfast,
Long hair found in sliced carrot.When I complained they just removed the hair and left the carrot.
The location was not good, breakfast was not good, internet was not good at all, air conditioning was not good at all, the reception was not good at all, over all not a good stay at all.
The property is centrally located. It is a short walking distance to Bank Negara station. It is also about a 15 minute walk from KLCC mall, and with Mara Mall, and SOGO Mall across the street, shopping is easy.
The property is professionally run, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the TV. It loses signal about every 15 minutes. The property Couldn’t fix it.
The house keeper is good. Staff at lobby very friendly

Nothing i like..toilet clogged ... pipe pulled without repair...there is a needle on the hotel carpet..the good thing is not hit my son

Room was ready upon arrival.Room cleanliness was good.near by shopping complex.staff was very helpful.breakfast had variety of local food.i will come again to stay here.

Hotel staff most of them unable to communicate in English
Rooms have old furniture
Reception unable to pickup phone on numerous occasions when calling from room
Buffet breakfast with not quality food or service
Some days staff refused to make eggs n some days they did... poor customer service
No laundry service we had to walk a long distance to get to one
Lack of air conditioning in lift and lobby.... seems hotel trying to save power
Hotel lift also not functioning properly
