The hotel was extremely nice, clean, and conveniently located next to the transit station. The only negatives were that the carpet in the hallways leading to guest rooms made it a little difficult getting my bags to and from and the actual size of the rooms were quite small. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Would I stay there again….Yes.

I stayed in this hotel for over a week - it started to feel like home. The room was quiet and the blackout curtains were so good (which is key in summer with the sun out late). The staff and breakfast were good. The bar area was friendly and great for a light happy hour or snack and the rooftop bar was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Great desk space for working and a dedicated area to hang clothing made this an easy hotel to call home away from home. Directly across the street from the underground, getting around all of London was a breeze.

We were very happy with this hotel. Just be aware that hotels don’t provide a microwave, which was surprising. There was no way to heat up dinner leftovers. I loved that they provided a kettle for tea as well as a coffee maker. We would stay there again.

Fantastic hotel and stay, what a find! Its rare to find some a gem of a hotel and leave feeling that you have literally nothing that you would change! From the moment we arrived, we were delighted to be able to check in super early and it just improved from there! We were soo surprised to have been chosen as 'guests of the day', receiving a room upgrade and some delightful treats! We can't wait to return soon and would highly recommend this wonderful hotel. The location was great for us, near the Aldgate Tube Station, pubs and dining nearby. We walked to the Tower of London, St. Pauls, and to the Bridge Theatre to see a play. Four stars because the food choices at the Hotel were disappointing.
