There is no air conditioning. The area is extremely loud all night long with sirens and people screaming. There is tons of noise from the construction of a condo directly across the street. Tons and tons of noise all day, starting extremely early. Both elevators did NOT work, so we had to take luggage up 3 flights. There is no air conditioning in the building so halls are too hot. Overall, nice clean newish unit, but other than that everything is awful. But the location is close to Buckingham Palace and cemtre Westminster. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace, the Westminster Abbey and Big Ben.
