The rooms are amazing, very modern and stylish. The beds are very comfortable. The noise level is pretty quiet however you can still hear sirens if theyre passing. The blackout feature is very good also, not much light creeps through. Only let down was that i needed to get staff to change pad charger as it was faulty which meant i had no access to any room features, but they did so quickly once i reported. Thr shower tended to drip throughout the night also. However Cialio was amazing and made us feel very welcome on arrival. If it wasnt for these small issues it would've been a 5/5

Love the techy quality of this hotel. Lots of fun gadgets like the in room Contol tablet that let's you change the color of your bathroom unit. I chose turquoise. You can also control the curtains, blinds, lights and tv with your tablet. The room was very clean. A bit on the small side, but that's pretty standard in the UK. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few downsides. The shower water temp is only 40°C. Which was kind of lukewarm for me. Also, they dont have a lot of food to order for an evening meal. I wanted dim sum one evening and they were out of it. The breakfasts, however, are terrific with lots of variety. I especially enjoyed the croisants, eggs, ham and bacon. Lots of variety to choose from. So overall, I hihly reccp

Very unique hotel compared to other traditional chains I’ve stayed in. Very clean with great room amenities and the staff was fantastic. Only downside is the rooms are very small and so with more than 1 person it makes the quarters kind of tight, especially if you were to have more than one suitcase, but the bed is very comfortable.

Loved staying here. The staff was supper friendly and the room was awesome. It was jam packed with cool features. We had a lay over in London for 22hrs and this really started off our honeymoon on a strong note. I strongly suggest this spot, we had to be up at 4 am and the way that the room wakes you up, is perfect for someone that has an early flight to catch, you have to experience it.

I loved the high tech! I could control the blinds, lighting and cleaning service at the touch of a button. The hotel was situated near restaurants, eateries and lots of shops, including Zara. Victoria station is just around the corner! The only down side was the constant air flow around the room, which couldn’t be turned off, making it cold.

I stay for 6 nights there and the second days I told staffs to get someone to clean up my room and no one show up and clean my room. I have to came down to talk to same staffs again then they cleaned up after 3 days I staying there. They have to pay attention to customers more than this.

Very nice staff, 24 hour bar and food service. Great location close to lots of shopping and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Modern rooms with lights and air controlled by an iPad. Nice selection of items for breakfast.

Really cute hotel, lovely modern design. Rooms are compact but very well designed. Shower is great, bed large and super comfortable. I didn’t want to leave them both! Large bar and lounge area with lots of comfy seating and little nooks. Staff were exceptional. Very helpful and welcoming. Nice breakfast area although I didn’t try that. Great atmosphere. Would definitely stay at a CitizenM again. This is a great location for getting around London. Victoria train and underground station is just around the corner.

I really liked the concierge employees. They made such a great impression on our first day of the London trip. The hotel is in a walking distance from almost every major landmark and there's underground right in front of the hotel if it gets too rainy or windy to walk back. So clean and we had such an amazing Westminster church view from our room so that was another plus. If I am going back to London, I am going back to this hotel!

Really couldn't fault it! Staff were super welcoming & service-minded. Location was super ideal, especially travelling from Gatwick Airport so could just jump on the train and the hotel is only a few mins walk from the station. Plenty of shops, cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants etc. around the hotel. Also really easy to walk to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben etc. We actually walked around London a lot this time, rather than using the tube/metro, as we had on previous visits. The rooms are comfortable - some might think small, but it was actually bigger than I expected after reading reviews. Very cool with iPad controlling the room and smart use of space with storage & safe under the bed. Also, wanted to give a special thanks to Miguel who helped out our friend. He accidentally booked the wrong Citizen M hotel in London but he and his manager (Can't remember his name unfortunately) really helped him and it was no problem to switch hotels, so he could stay in the same hotel as us. An extra special touch with the complimentary drinks voucher - was a very nice surprise! And made his bad day go to the best day! It was my first time staying with Citizen M but it certainly won't be the last! I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel & location to friends & family.

Really good property very clean and easy to check in. They have free bag storage if you need to wait for check-in. A 4-minute walk from a bus, train and tube station. It's the ultimate hotel for a traveller. The room is small but has everything you need.

Visited London in May 2023 and stayed at the citizenM Victoria Station for 6 days. Enjoyed the cleanliness, technology (e.g., app control of lights, windows, and shades), and environmental friendliness. The rooms are TINY. Fine for 1 person but not very comfortable for 2 people unless they are a couple. Not much closet space and only one drawer for storage. The majority of the staff were friendly. Malachi was fantastic (was “on loan” from the London Bridge location). One bad experience at the end of my visit has me determined to avoid staying at a citizenM hotel in the future. I was denied service (rudely) and told the bar/lounge area closes at 2 am. I explained that I had been there (same time) the 2 nights prior and served, and also pulled up their website as well as scanned the food menu QR code (on the bar) to show that all of these noted 24/7 food and drink were available. I asked to speak with the manager and was told there was no manager on duty. I also tried to reach out to the hotel’s 24/7 chat functionality. They weren’t able to help and provided an email to send a request for assistance. The next day I spoke with the manager on duty, Alex, who confirmed their lounge/bar is open 24/7 for food/drink and that they always have a manager on duty. He was very receptive to my feedback and apologized (as expected and warranted). Alex noted he would give some thought to a way they could make this right and get back to me. I haven’t heard anything yet.

What a pity that this is referring to a stay of almost 9 months ago as we could have definitely helped you differently and recall better the time as we love feedback as they help us to grow. With regards to the episode that have happened from what we can see, indeed it looks like the information was not shared properly. We at all times offer 24/7 food and drinks however, we can see now that on that night looking at our records one of our night team member had an emergency situation and that meant that the night team on duty could not support 24/7 with food or drinks. As you mentioned Malachi on loan from the Bankside location was there to support as well. The message was definitely not shared to you in the right way and we are definitely sorry for this as we can imagine it made you change the plans and we are sure that this was an unfortunate event that will not happen again. Once again thank you for the understanding and sorry if my colleague did not follow up with you immediately as we should have. Safe Travels,
