It would be nice to have breakfast (Continental) included with the room rate and upgrade to larger breakfast as needed. The Continental breakfast had no protein other than dairy based while we were there and one of us has dairy intolerance.

Great location- very walkable. Hotel staff were amazing- very friendly and always happy to help. Room was very nice- spacious and clean, with a small mini fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay next visit to London.

The hotel was basic and not very cozy . Doesn't offer 24 hours rooms service. Not a mini bar fridge. The staff at the frond desk not the best friendly peoples. Again the guests need to get up and get everything in their own. I rather stay again at Piccadilly West end. Best hotel in central london. Additional if you need your room clean you need to call by 10am otherwise they wont give you the services. You will be close to trafalgar Square 3 minutes walking. Piccadilly circus 10 minutes. London eyes 11 minutes. Unfortunately the hotel just offers you the bed and thats it. Big hotel but poorly services. Guest needs 24 hours room services. Thank you. I stayed 8 nights.

Great hotel in a central location. Easy access to several tube stations. The coffee room was great as well. Hotel was also very sound proof surprisingly where I felt we never heard any noise from the busy area outside. Staff were great and helpful as well. I would stay here again!

Excellent location; easy walk to most major attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with everything. Room was comfortable; street noise was a little loud at times. Absolutely will stay there again.

A really great value given its location and rooms. The wood paneled lounge, with its desks and free coffee machine, is especially great if you have work to do, or for a little caffeinated recharge.

Club Quarters was awesome. They upgraded us for our anniversary which was really nice. Great location...you can walk to pretty much everywhere! Better yet take the Uber Boat!

When we arrived we were welcomed right away by the friendly front desk. She helped us check in on their check in tablets located at the desk. Our rooms were upgraded which had a small kitchenette. The rooms were dark but quite spacious and clean for a London hotel. I will definitely be staying here again for the convenience of their location.

Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Janna(sp?). Rooms are clean. Hotel is centrally located-- lots of sightseeing and shopping opportunities. Transportation is easily accessible, from taxis to buses or the Tube. There is a Tesco on the corner for last-minute purchases or snacks. Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery are around the corner. My daughter loved the Harry Potter store nearby, as well as the pizza restaurant at the hotel. Her favorite though, was the hot chocolate machine in the lounge. For a 10 yr-old, that was the height of luxury! I enjoyed my stay.
