A very comfortable night spent near Eurostar staion, Kings Cross. Lovely beds and bedding, good shower, very helpful and friendly staff, good rate considering how central. We would choose to stay again if we need to be in town early. No breakfast available, but plenty of cafes in the area.

Nice comfortable stay and a decent sized family room for 4 in London. Would definitely stay here again but maybe no longer than 2 nights. Location was a very big plus, only slight areas for improvement would be air conditioning as very warm in the room even in early March. From a security perspective peep holes on the doors and a better system with the key would have made us feel safer, basically anyone can walk in and give the room number and be provided your key as you have to leave it every time you leave the property. However all in all this was a very nice hotel and good value for money.

Lovely stay, close to transport links and central London. Modern, immaculate hotel with great rooms and excellent service. Always my first choice for quick business trips to the city as a solo traveler.

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay. Super close to kings cross st pancras station, super clean & modern. The owner who greeted us was so chatty & friendly- made a lovely start to our stay. Highly recommend Thank you!

Disappointing second time visit.
Booked in October requesting the same room (downstairs, back of the hotel, sleeps 3) as we have a tall teen who can no longer sleep in fold out beds. I heard nothing from the hotel so assumed my request was acceptable. On checking in however, we were given the upstairs room at the front of the hotel. This room is next to the access to the stairs (so guests pass it etc), and the window looks out on to the square. Unfortunately there are large construction works going on in the square which proved noisy. The room itself was small, clean, with the single and double beds touching. Plenty of lighting, a desk and chair, a kettle with minimal tea & coffee facilities (they had run out of milk at the desk when we asked for more). A safe and a hot working radiator (used after a day getting drenched on the streets!). The bathroom was a small wet room with toilet on the left and shower on the right. The door to which had a large gap all the way around which gave the user very little privacy. The small sink was in the bedroom space. On the second night a guest was drying clothes with a hair dryer at 3am and set the first alarm off, and then again an hour later, so little sleep was had by all, especially as the loud continued beep on the alarm box outside a room wasn’t silenced and reset for some time. Overall I’ve been disappointed with this stay though love the waking closeness to theatre district of this hotel.

Good value and comfortable
Great single room at the top of the hotel, steep stairs and lots of them but that wasn’t a problem for me. Service was great, the communal areas and halls are well kept, the bed comfortable and the furnishings in good condition. Off little en suite where the toilet was in the shower - quirky and innovative not a bad thing at all. The tea and coffee making facilities were great. Well located opposite King’s Cross st pancras . All in a great value place to spend a couple of nights in London.

Great location. Friendly staff who were happy to store our suitcases at checkout until it was time to catch the train home. Clean room and bathroom. Single beds were a little narrow and noise could be heard in easily from other rooms but all in all very good value for money.

This is a fantastic little hotel just a few minutes walk from Kings Cross. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, and lovely friendly and helpful staff too. We had a neat little room in the basement, therefore no view from the window, but that was fine as it was just a base to sleep and relax between sightseeing trips. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

It's a cozy and tiny little hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It's very convenient to any transportations. The only thing that we didn't like it. We had to remind and to ask for new bath towels. Regardless if those old ones were hanging or not. Be careful when you're coming back to the hotel after 10 pm. There are a bunch of people that smoked weed in the beginning of the street. Very annoying and feeling unsafe.

This hotel is a gem! Staff is friendly and helpful and is convenient to the train station and underground. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of great food and shopping in a walkable area.

The hotel is close to Kings Cross/St. Pancras stations. Easy to get to from the Heathrow. Had good choice of dining in the area. The room was a little small for 3 people, but that seems to be true for a lot of hotels in Europe. Bathroom was nice. No air conditioning, but had a fan in the room. It was a nice, reasonably priced hotel.

If you want to be in and around Kingcross, St Pancras you can see the stations from the hotel door. And only 10 mins walk to Euston. Ideal for Eurostar and main underground station. Owners friendly and helpful. Can’t rate it high enough.

we were pleasantly surprised with this lovely hotel. 2 minute walk from king’s cross so great for getting around london quickly. The reception was bright and modern. The room again was modern. it had a very comfortable bed and a large shower room with a great shower. a smart tv and tea and coffee making facilities added to the comfort.would stay here again without question. we had room c102 which was a triple room. would highly recommend. I recently stayed in a more expensive travelodge near tower bridge and this was head and shoulders above that!

I can only speak in reference to the room that sleeps four guests, for which our accommodation were quite small. The ventilation in the room could have been better as the humidity from the bathroom effected the sleeping area and the fan that was supplied just wasn't very good. However, the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and is conveniently located a meer few steps from Kings Cross/St. Pancras rail station.
