The location was superb! We were within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, theaters, and many shops and restaurants. The suprise bonus was that the Hop On and Off Buses picked up basically at the doorstep. The hotel was on a quiet street away from the crowds. The restaurant was a great place for breakfast and dinner - reasonably priced and fantastic staff.

Good location, mostly nice people, BUT, tiny room, bed up against the wall, so you must access from the end or crawl over your partner, closet about 8 inches wide with only 3 hangers, No water glasses, No safe, No refrigerator, No wash cloths, No luggage rack, No phone. When we asked for ice to chill medicine, the bar manager tried twice to refuse. The bartender told him it was required, so eventually we got the ice.

Non è un vero hotel, è un hub, la stanza molto piccola, senza armadio ma solo con un piccolissimo spazio con tre cassetti e due appendini. Reception aperta h 24, la cosa più che positiva è che è a due passi dal Big Ben, quindi super comoda per i mezzi, posizione stupenda ! Va bene per una/due notti, camera per due con letto da una piazza e mezza, molto piccola. Ottima colazione, personale molto gentile

Sehr kleine Zimmer ohne Fenster. Badezimmer liegt direkt im Zimmer und nur mit einer Glasscheibe abgetrennt. Ausstattung soweit okay. Sehr zebtral gelegen. Für 1-2 Nächte okay. Für länger wahrscheinlich eher nicht.

Hotel in posizione perfetta, vicina alla metro ed alle fermate del bus, a 2 passi dall'abbazia di Westminster. Personale gentilissimo e competente. Stanza piccolina, ma con tutto il necessario. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione varia, abbondante e con a disposizione anche pane e cereali senza glutine. Servizio deposito bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out a disposizione. Consigliato!
