Absolutely amazing staff, made me feel so welcome and safe as a single female traveler. Very helpful . Very clean room and breakfast included, absolutely great value for money. Definitely stay again

Luna Simone Hotel
Room was clean. Very well heated on a very cold night. No air conditioning but did have ceiling fan and we turned the thermostat down on the radiator in the room Pleasant conversation as always over breakfast with the owners and staff ( Owners are twin brothers who tease each others constantly) Only downside is. O elevator if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues Other than that would highly recommend

Clean, comfortable, and quiet
The neighborhood is very quiet, which was a relief after traveling. It’s about a ten-minute walk to Victoria Station and a little shorter to Pimlico Station. The room is casual and comfortable. We weren’t familiar with using the switches and bathroom fixtures and had to ask a couple of questions to get everything figured out. The breakfast was good and a pleasant way to start the day, especially since we did a lot of walking.

Delightful, small hotel close to Victoria Station
This hotel is in an old building that added to the charm. The owners were delightful. The breakfast was yummy. It was just 1/2 mile from Victoria station and close to other highlights. The only downfall was no lift to get bags to our room. I would stay here again.

Another great stay
2nd time staying here. Super friendly and helpful check in staff. Had a double room on the ground floor that had everything i needed. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast had decent choice and quality was excellent. Great location, 5 mins walk from Pimlico tube less than 10 mins walk to Victoria Station and tube. Will stay again.

Staff was very helpful and understanding of our American quirks. Check-in was easy. Daily maid service if wanted. Breakfast is a great value included in the rate. Bernard and Paul were top notch and funny. Enjoyed talking with them.

I’ve stayed here 3 times. The staff is always great, as is their breakfast service. Convenient location for all sorts of transportation, and walkable to a lot of sites. Plenty of restaurants near by. Their warning about stairs (no elevators) and no air conditioning is very true, but they tell you up front so you can’t complain. That being said, London seems to be getting hotter, we were even hot (in the room) in October with the window open and overhead fan running. I think I will have to book a place with AC next time, unless we are there again in the winter.

Delightful place to stay for a brief visit to London. I appreciate the hotel holding my luggage while I explored the city before check in. Nice breakfast to get my day started. Clean, safe, walkable neighborhood close to Victoria Station.

Our stay was fantastic, we stayed for one night staff were super friendly and helpful. It was close to Victoria station, which was good for our trip. Room was very nice and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice 👌 it was hot and staff were super happy 😃. Would 💯 recommend this hotel 🏨 and would stay again.

Staff friendly right from check in to check out Although no air conditioning in room it did have a ceiling fan and we were able to open the window too. Breakfast was brilliant-I ate way too much Would definitely recommend

Lovely staff. My husband was supposed to be with me but had to change his plans, so the staff moved me from the fourth floor to the first floor so I wouldn’t have to lug my suitcase upstairs. Super friendly and helpful. Nice clean room. Close to Victoria station.

The service was outstanding - the proprietors were friendly and informative. The breakfast was lovely. We had a family room and it was spacious and the twin beds for the kids were great. The double bed was a small double and tended to dip down at the sides. The shower had good pressure, but there was no conditioner with the toiletries if that is something you need. Nevertheless, a great location and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was in a great location and everyone was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed breakfast. It was a nice way to start a long but exciting day of touring London.

This is my third stay at this hotel. I love the family atmosphere of the hotel. The home cooked breakfast. The area is a short walk from Victoria station, so close to everything but the feel of a quiet residential area. I travelled alone and felt completely safe in all aspects. A great suggestion for supper from the hotel also. Would definitely come back for a fourth visit.

The room was perfect for a family of 4 and the staff were really accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was really good and comes out very quickly. Parking is nearby and if you are lucky enough, you can grab a spot in the front of the building if it is past 5:30pm for an overnight spot. There is no lift on the property, so it is a good time to get a little work out in getting to your room. The rooms have fans, but no air conditioning, luckily it wasn't too hot the time we were there.

The brothers who run Luna Simone are wonderful. Full of info and really funny. We had a great time! The only downfall is no elevator but they schlepped our bags up and down the stairs. If you like quaint, intimate hotels instead of huge franchise hotels, I'd recommend Luna Simone!
