As to the hot water issue, kindly note that we did do our best to resolve the problem as soon as we became aware of it. However, the building management company was the one responsible to contact the engineer and arrange for the maintenance of the boiler - although we did send our handyman and our operations manager was on site to work along with the management company -, it was not in our power to quicken the process. Please do understand that it was an external factor beyond our direct control.
