Good London Location

Booked last minute due to cancellation. Comfortable bed and quiet room on level 5 at the back. Very convenient location. Very friendly service from Begum at the front desk on check in.

I have to say the bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve slept in during 30 years of traveling. The mattress sloped so much - anyway. And we never complain but this was up there. Great location and really nice staff.

Ok for the price

We stayed for one night, mid week, for a theatre trip. Our twin room was small, and in need of updating: cluttered with too much furniture which was not in good condition, and the carpet needed replacing. But the heating worked, the shower was good, and the beds were comfy, which is what we needed for our short stay. The hotel is well located for getting around and was probably decent value for central London for the price we paid.

This was a really lovely hotel. The staff were extremely nice. Check-in was super easy and quick. The room was nice, tho small compared to other rooms we've stayed in - not a problem for us tho. Its super close to the underground so getting around is very easy. The park nearby is lovely and has a wonderful cafe that serves delicious breakfast. The hotel is very quiet.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable bed. Strange corner room where you literally had to roll over the bed to get to the tea/coffee making facilities as no access around the bottom of the bed, but for 1 night as a solo traveller it was fine.

Good breakfast, excellent location, room was basic but the layout perfect for us. Room was quite warm a d couldn't adjust thermostat but we cracked open the window and it was much more comfortable. Great location convenient to so much in London.

Quiet, comfy bed and friendly reception.

Comfy twin beds and a good night’s sleep with no traffic noise. In large cities we prefer a room at the back because it’s quiet. For one night not fussed about a nice view, need to sleep well is more of a priority.

Great Hotel in fantastic location

Whole experience was brilliant. From early check in to checking out. The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable and good beverage facilities in the room. We stayed for breakfast over the two days and could not fault the selection of foods available - something for everyone and replenished frequently so nobody went without. Would definitely recommend this hotel, the location was excellent and everything was within walking distance/tube locations etc. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future
