What a find! Comfortable room. Good AC. Small mini fridge keeps things cool plus many provided items. Bed is clean and perfect for sleeping. The room itself is beautiful with exposed ceilings and tasteful decor. I have zero complaints.

Enjoyed our stay at the Shakespeare Hotel. It wasn’t a major issue, but there are certainly some accessibility issues for people who have difficulty with mobility. Other than that, the hotel, staff and surrounding area was nice.

It was extremely easy to get to from Paddington station. It was noisy but not so much that you couldn’t sleep, just close to tube station. The breakfast was worth the extra cost. It was conveniently located.

Location within easy walking distance of Paddington Station (Heatrow Express terminus) was a big sell for me. It's also a nice, virant neighbourhood with a small park across the street. Breakfast buffet included with my room was also good.

The location, just a short walk from Paddington Station, is very convenient. Some of the staff were kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. It’s a good place to stay for one night if you’re moving on from Paddington. There’s no air conditioning in the room, so it was quite hot during the summer in London. If you’re looking for a place with great facilities to relax and spend a lot of time in, this might not be it — but if you just need a convenient spot to sleep for the night, it does the job.

I love staying here so much. Everything looked so vintage. I loved the architect. My only issue was the bed; It was a little too rigid. Loved how convenient we close it was to Paddington Station, and the variety of restaurants around.

The hotel is ok for basic needs. It is a bit of a maze with so many stairs. I also noticed that there were rooms with no private bathrooms. It could do with a refurbishment, new carpets , etc . The positive point is its location and the friendly staff at the breakfast room
