From the condition of the room itself to the not so helpful front desk at the time of check-in this place was not worth spending a dime! We had to carry our luggages up the stairs while no one would be willing to help us. The bathroom sink was clogged up and so the water wouldn’t go down for days! We brought this up a few times to the front desk and each time we were promised them to fix it but it would never get fixed. The shower had a leak as well and water was running inside the tub all day! On a random Wednesday at noon and while we are recovering from our jet lag, sirens went off for fire and we had to take the stairs through other properties and evacuate only to know that this is a test alarm. Not sure why this was never communicated to us before hand. There are no phones in the rooms and your only communication with the front desk is to actually go downstairs. Looking at the nearby areas, there are lots of other and better properties you can chose from. Never this place.

Loved the location and having such a big apartment room/ had a large bathroom as well. But the aircon was broken upon arrival and nobody informed me until I complained about how hot it was in the room. There was also a weird smell in the room as if someone had been cooking and not having aircon made it worse. But when I told them I booked this hotel just for the AC they agreed to issue a partial refund.

A well-appointed comfortable Apartlet. There was a rooftop view and the room was well designed. We really enjoyed our stay. Amin and the other gentleman (who’s name I forgot to ask) on the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous adding to the comfort of our stay. The only suggestion I have would be to put a fan in the bathroom.

Outside space gave flexibility when the weather was hot and made it easier to enjoy food other than in the apartment. Very clean, no noise and close to Earls Court underground station.

We loved our appartement. We got access to the terrace from our appartment. Very clean and confortable, close to the underground (metro) and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The staff is great and very helpful!

Good apartment/flat away from home
I stayed at Templeton Supercity apart hotel for two weeks to self isolate after travel. It was everything it advertise it. The oven was tricky to work, but the hotel staff helped and we got it working. The only complaint I have is that there is a family of foxes living behind the hotel and come out at night between 1 and 4 AM. It sounds terrifying loud. I would recommend a room on the front of the hotel and avoid the back, or you will be awakened every morning.

Great location and apartment
Great location , comfy bed , very hot corridors and rooms so needed air con on even in January ! Close to tube and plenty of restaurants. No sign outside identifying the building so you have to remember the address but check in great and easy.

Great place, very quick, convenient walk to Earl’s Court tube station as well as all sorts of shops and restaurants. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything we needed to make basic meals (toast for breakfast, etc) and we could easily have done real cooking if we’d wanted to. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Templeton Place. They did accommodate are requirement for a day earlier check in and a new reservation for two extra days. The staff is very pleasant. The reception area is nothing great, which makes you think maybe you did a mistake in booking this apart-hotel, but the rooms/studios are exactly as the photos- very nice! The cleaning service could be a little better. And I just have a complain / advise to other travelers. We are form the USA, so when we see KING SIZE BED we believe it is going to be an American King Size bed (after all we are using US Expedia) and the rooms have much smaller beds than a king size, so we were a little disappointed.

The property is clean and situated in very close proximity to Earls Court train station. There were stores and restaurants nearby making it easy to grab some food. Transport to all the places we wanted to go was easy from the location. We were on the 5th floor and I can honestly say that the shower was the worst we have experienced- no pressure and it would go cold in the middle of a wash.

Modern self contained apartment just far enough away from the main roads but less than 5 mins walk from the underground. Staff were superb and very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone.
