Wasn’t bad and easy to find from taking the Elizabeth line from LHR , I did have a situation and I asked the guy who was at the night desk where I could get a adapter for my phone. This was my first time ever being in London and he said “ can get one at a souvenir shop & like a Tesco or sainsbury? I had no idea where any of that was and he was no help in pointing that out. So I took a black cab to Apple Store in Covant Garden and the guy in the cab and the Apple Store lady where more helpful then him. But overall the stay wasn’t that bad , now I know exactly what area of London I want to stay at next time.

Excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed, new bathrooms. Upon closer look, it’s not as nice as the photos (e.g. the carpet & baseboards, and the curtains were a bit broken). Overall good stay though so would recommend :)

Poor customer service
The experience in this hotel was below average. More than the location and the place the customer service was very bad and rude. A lack of customer experience and does not even care to look at someone while talking and handling complaints. As a regular traveler I will not be coming here again.

I had a very pleasant 2 week stay at the Bryson. My room on the 4th floor was large and clean. The double bed was very comfortable. I even had a view of the top of the Chard and could see the twinkling lights at night. I had plenty of cupboard space and a large bathroom with a good sized shower and a lovely heated towel rail to dry and warm my towels. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful and made my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend the Bryson. It is very close to Farringdon station and also Chancery Lane so you can get around London easily. The location has many places to eat and about 8 minutes walk will get you to Exmouth Markets, which also has lovely cafes and restaurants.

The bathroom was OK and the staff was friendly. The curtains wouldn’t close for privacy, water stain in the corner of the ceiling. The remote control was filthy and hallways were very dark and uninviting. The shampoo bottles were the smallest I’ve ever seen etc.

I booked this hotel because "parking is available". Turns out the parking is an NCP park a few hundred metres away (0.5 miles by car through the one way system). I don't consider that a commercial carpark, unconnected with the hotel, several hundred metres away counts as parking available - that could be said of almost any hotel. Corridors are narrow, rooms small and basic. Equivalent to a Travelodge but without a carpark. Room was clean.

The hotel is in a great location. We were placed in a room without being told which seemed to be specifically for guests with a disability - the bed was very low and the bathroom was equipped with additional rails, etc. This is helpful for specific guests but we were not expecting this and a room that had not been very well cleaned and dusted from our booking.

Although, this time sounds like our design is just not to your taste, and we accept that. I won’t come back unfortunately
I arrived and they asked me to pay £50 deposit in case any damage appear. I’m solo and pregnant, it didn’t feel nice or safe that they start your visit with suspecting you to damage something. I had to sign a paper and they charged me £50 deposit. When I arrived to the room you can clearly see that they don’t use the deposit they charge the guests as the room was damaged on many places, such as bed, hanger and the a/c didn’t work. It was very warm in the room. It wasn’t welcoming the room nor the service. I left disappointed. It was no robe and the fridge were empty, it was even some old smarties lying so they cleaning must have been rushed. I cannot recommend it

We kindly ask all our guests to sign a registration card at the arrival, which is a common procedure in many hotels all over the world: by signing that, you agree to our policy, including £50 of deposit kept during your stay to cover any extra charges such extra breakfast, late check out, etc., but refunded upon check out if not needed (just like in your case). Our procedure does not imply any suspicion, it is just our policy - that, again, it is shared by many hotels - and we are sorry you didn't feel safe or nice because of that. Perhaps, there might have been a misunderstanding with the reception and we do apologise if that was the case. At this time of the year, our A\C is automatically set on warm, but you can always change it to fan mode; meanwhile robes are available upon request, as advertised on our website. All the rooms are equipped with two types of coffee, four types of tea, one bottle water and two types of milk, which is the only thing we keep in the minibar. Our staff would have been more than happy to assist you, if you would have mentioned any of this just by calling from your room during your stay or even if you would have said something at the check out. We hope this response clarifies your doubts, but should you wish to discuss this matter any further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Chris, During your stay, you experienced a minor issue with your bed as one of the wooden slats that hold the mattress was displaced. I repeat again that this was a minor issue which you decided to communicate to reception, and which we could fix in no time. Indeed you contacted around the same time reception for another request but did not mention this issue. Then, the next morning you demanded a full refund. I am allowed to assume that this was your plan from the start - not to give us the opportunity to resolve the issue (and I know when I say this could have been resolved in under a minute), and claim refunds and whatever free benefits we would offer you on top as an apology for any inconvenience. Very sad you took this road, and be aware you are not welcomed anymore in our hotel. Other people can see from the majority of the reviews which is the odd one.

Staff was very friendly and helpful for tourist ideas, getting rides, directions etc. The breakfast was delicious but unfortunately you are forced to eat it on the bed as there is nowhere to sit in the room no place in the hotel to eat

Fantastic hotel
The stay at the hotel was amazing. They upgraded the room to an Executive. The bathroom was incredibly clean and the whole room felt very well maintained. The room was quite small but that didn’t pose as an issue at all. Amazing value for money and will definitely stay again.

Hotel nice, clean, comfortable, however, the restaurant is closed, due to Covid, understand that (although restaurants are open, went to 2 whilst we were there, but that's not the issue). We were not told it was closed, we were told if we wanted breakfast to pre-order for the following morning, not a problem. We were not told it would be delivered to our room. First we knew was when we went down in the lift to find the restaurant. We were dressed up to go to a graduation, there is no where to sit in the room apart from the bed, not ideal. Ordered cereal, no milk, croissants no butter /jam. There were brought up separately. We mentioned our disquiet and said we would only pay for 1 breakfast, but was told as we accepted it they wouldn't do that. The guest leaflet in the room did not say the restaurant was closed or any mention of it being delivered to the room. Sitting on a bed, eating breakfast not ideal. A bit of communication would go a long way. Appreciate we are in tough times still, but it made it for an uncomfortable start to our day.

Nice hotel. Good location
It was a very clean and functional room. It had evetything ypu need. I had requested a quiet room and the gave me one. Tbe staff were lovely.
