Bathroom poor. Let down this property. Shower rod bowed out so water dripped off the shower curtain onto floor. There was no floor waste, so ended up with a puddle on bathroom floor.

Couldn’t get a refund even with a surgeons note, i should be taking travel lodge to consumer affairs but i dont have the time or money with my girlfriends surgery. Utterly disrespectful

Not covid safe but a decent cheap stay.
I requested early check in for my stay and received no response from the property. When I arrived I asked about early check in and was told it was not possible. While waiting to check in to my round a group was also checking in and some were allowed to check in early for a fee (a luxury I was denied). While some of the group hung out in the reception area. Although there were numerous signs in the building and on the hotel website saying masks were required in common spaces 8/10 people were not wearing masks. This is during the omicron surge. When I again asked to check in early because this lack of covid awareness and safety was making me very uncomfortable nothing was done. Anyone who is concerned about covid should not stay at this hotel and even in non-covid times expect to be treated like a number not a guest in a hotel and call, don't send email requests as in my experience these will be ignored.

Great budget hotel.
I love Vauxhall so this is an ideal stay for me. Not a lot nearby so not for everyone. It's clean, nice beds, great staff. There's also a great breakfast buffet and the bar /resto is open all night. Two small groceries nearby, one right next door. Close to transport.

The entire staff was wonderful! The room was a bit small, the bathroom even smaller, but we had a marvelous time! Kudos to Dionne, who's just joined the Travelodge staff. She made our stay very special with her welcome smile and kind spirit! Beautiful stay in Londin! Would definitely stay here again. Tip... take the underground directly to Vauxhall on the Victoria Line. You are directly across from the hotel as you depart!

Vauxhall Value
This hotel works well if you are on a budget and want a convenient location in a clean, simple hotel. The room is small but quite satisfactory. A hairdryer is not provided in a basic room. Breakfast provided plenty of choices for everyone. It's location near the station is easy and convenient.

Stayed for 9 nights. Lovely, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Reasonable breakfast. Bar area is a bit grim, could do with some interior decoration. Generally an easy hotel to stay in.

Great location and stay.
The hotel is nearby train and bus so very convenient. Room was clean and confortable. Interior bathroom was surprisingly cold. Good windows. Is very quiet. Hot Breakfast is very decent. Eggs, sausage, bacon, tomato, beans, toast, cereal, yoghurt, etc. Staff tries hard top make sure stay is great. There's am in house resto and bar. Some nightlife nearby. Also a large grocery store.

We stayed here for three nights and overall it was a good experience .The hotel stuf is very helpful.The breakfast was very nice. The only problem was the noise from the near train ...it was beyond normal and I wish I requested a different room because I think they would understand that.

Got assigned an uncleaned room. Solied cupson the window sill, filthy toilet and no soap in the bathroom. Blocked drain on the shower tray meant no shower. Was promised a refund voucher by Jose the Duty Manager but no emails from Travelodge. Only saving grace was helpful staff on the counter who are not empowered to compensate.

Great stay, great price, and great location
Because it's in front of a bus station a car can't bring you to the door. However, it's literally in front of all public transportation so you can easily access any where you want to go. We only stayed one night in London and the hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The breakfast was a great add on.

Good stay.
The staff are very nice and helpful. It costs extra to check-in prior to 2pm (see notes of hotel). Also, they only give a limited number of towels per room. It is super convenient to Vauxhall underground and rail station.

A+ Service, Well Worth It. Acessible Location.
Staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Room was sparse but quite large and quiet. (Paid for wifi didn't really work so that was a downer but didn't ruin the experience). Location is DIRECTLY across the street from public transportation which is terrific though the location itself feels a bit unsavory at times.

Very nice hotel. Personnel were very helpful. Room clean and adequately furnished. Close to bus stop. Did not hear the traffic even though next to busy street. Adequate breakfast. No shops or restaurants close to the hotel.

This hotel, while a lower end, was perfect for our stay. The room was fairly well kept though the floors did make noises when you walked. My biggest issue was there were no places to put clothes so we had to make piles on the floor.

Convenient.

nice hotel very close to bus station, tube and Big Ben area. Nandos is 50m from hotel, Sainsburies express 20m and Starbucks 10m. It was the perfect choice for our family of 5 (3 children 15,11,5). With 25 pounds a day from Vauxhaul tube station the whole family could travel with bus or train until midnight up to 6 underground zones (family day ticket). 5 people in the same room is what I asked, but booking with Expedia was misled because their Health & Safety regulations would allow only 4 people in a room. That was a nasty surprise when we arrived because they wouldn't allow this. Very happy, could book again to same hotel.

Good location for Vauxhall Tube Station. We arrived at 13:30, they had rooms available but we were asked to pay an additional £10 for early check in which we declined. No where to leave bags/ suitcase at reception so had to cart around with us until check in after 3pm which was a bit inconvenient. Basic room layout, it was very clean, the room had an external window which overlooked a rear flat roof. Flat screen TV on wall with a remote that actually worked. Tea and coffee making facility. Big double bed which was very comfortable. Bathroom okay but shower outlet overflowed making the floor very wet, W/C difficult to flush, good size clean towels. Check out was easy. It's a no frills hotel with a reception and small café area on the lower basement, access via elevator or stairs. It's clean, and feels secure. Location is okay if you are using the tube to get around, just a couple of stops from Oxford Street. I think it's suitable for a couple of nights, it's not luxury but reasonable value for central London if you just need a place to get some sleep without all the fancy stuff.

Great staff and location
We used this as a base for a couple of days in London recently. The price was much better than others in central london. The hotel was clean and hassle free. Literally a few seconds from the tube stations or 5 minutes in a cab from westminster. Although it was really central didn't hear any noise and got a good nights sleep both nights.

Hôtel situé à coter de station du métro avec les enfants on a pas galérer , pour manger également il y a le French tacos, y’a des coffre shoPs et en bas de l hôtel une supérette, mais déçu par rapport la propreté ´ en entrant dans la chambre je trouve une bouteille de bière sur le sol au coin du lit. Puis ma fille de 5ans trouve un caleçon vraiment je me demande si ils ont nettoyé la chambre ou juste changer les draps peut être??

交通の便がとても良い
ホテルの前はバスステーションと地下鉄の駅があるので観光に行くのにも交通の便がとても良かったです。近くにスーパーやスタバや食事する場所もありとても便利でした。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

Hotel ideal! Dá pra ir andando para a London Eye, Parlamento, Big Ben... Na frente do hotel é uma estação de metro e terminal de ônibus, que facilita muito se locomover na cidade. Também tem 2 supermercados ao lado! O café da manhã é bem servido, os atendentes muito prestativos, quarto de bom tamanho, bem limpinho, chuveiro forte e quente... enfim, adoramos! Só faltou um frigobar para gelarmos nossas bebidas ;)

Hotel bem em frente à estação de metrô e trem o que facilitou o nosso deslocamento pela cidade e a chegada e saída de metro com malas. Os quartos são pequenos, especialmente o banheiro, mas nada que nos incomodasse nas 2 noites que passamos. O funcionário Tony é muito simpático e fala Português, o que facilitou a comunicação já que que não temos a fluência no inglês. Uma experiência boa no período em que ficamos hospedados.

Bien comunicado con bus,metro
Aparte de la buena comunicación con el transporte público,se puede pasear junto al Támesis para llegar hasta el Parlamento en 20´.Enfrente del hotel existen bicicletas públicas.Para acceder a todos estos servicios públicos con una tarjeta contactless de España es suficiente. Como inconveniente tiene un bar musical en la zona trasera en planta sótano,aunque no se oye mucho.
