"Good location "

"This place was great, we were upgraded to 3 bedroom. They offered free breakfast they bring to your villa each day. Laundry, service, massage table right in your villa. The projector will not work with USA streaming services and you cant get others unless you have local credit card. the jetted tub was also broken, after filling 1/3 full it would leak onto the floor and fill no higher. even with these problems still a great stay. "

"What a great spot in Benoa. Fantastic view across the ocean to Nusa Penida. The bath was great out on the verandah, under cover so we could watch the storm and sit in the bath, was awesome. Very quiet and the pool was great. Highly recommended "

"I recently stayed at Kayu Beach Villa and had a pleasant experience. As someone who doesn’t have high standards and just needs a place to stay, I was quite happy with my choice. The property looked good, and the owner was nice. I don't spend much time in my room, so I found everything to be satisfactory for my needs. "Our recent start of the honeymoon at The Royal Santrian offered both highlights and significant drawbacks. Our villa was absolutely lovely – beautifully decorated, spacious, and wonderfully private, with a fantastic private pool. The general setting of the resort, including the main pool and restaurant, was also very pleasant. The staff was friendly and readily available. However, the beach was a major disappointment. Despite being beachfront, it was essentially unusable, squeezed between noisy and smelly water sports operators. Even worse, the sea itself was visibly polluted with plastic and rubbish. We felt the true condition of the beach should have been made clear beforehand. Food at the main restaurant was largely tasteless and below standard for our liking. The one exception was the romantic dinner on the beach, which was a completely different and excellent culinary experience – highly recommended!"

"It was a very enjoyable stay for our family with young kids. All the staff we met were very hospitable and polite and always greeted us with a smile. The food selections at the restaurants were able to meet our different needs such as vegetarian options and kids friendly, to taking care of any allergic needs. Our kids enjoyed both the kids club and the pool facilities thoroughly. "

"We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are so lovely, warm and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was delicious, our rooms were clean, and the pool area was so well kept and inviting. Location was great, we found a few really good places to eat. Our only negative was how filthy the beaches are, really gross, so much plastic and rubbish. I was last in this region 8 years ago and it was dissapointing to see nothing had changed. The hotel though, 10 out of 10 "

"4 restaurants , large pool area with lots of seating with shade under trees or umbrellas. Food was fantastic and plenty of options. Staff were lovely and efficient, lots of amenities at resort and no need to leave Great place if you want a relaxing holiday, they also offer all inclusive with food and beverages. "
