The front desk staff, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as staff outside guiding for the shuttle bus services were nothing but kind and welcoming. Very good location, walking distance to MTR, tram station infront of the hotel as well as the free shuttle bus that runs frequently to very convenient areas.
We loved HK and hope to be back soon! "
