"Stayed for a night here. Receptionist was very professions. Room was sufficient for the stay. not much complaints other than the non working TV channels and wifi. However, staff does not seem to be sure on the "newly imposed" tourism tax imposed by the government. I only realized i paid for it twice after i checked the invoice - once in expedia, and once by cash at check in."

"When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore."

"If the hotel can wash the carpet in the hotel's corridors and rooms. Lot of stains on the carpet."

"Spacious amd clean two bedroom apartment for 6 of us (with two elementary school-going children). Everything works well from wifi, electronics, water heater and aircons. Location was great as it's just 5-10 mins drive from central Malacca with many great dining options nearby. Will consider staying again next time."

Notably, the security guard employed during the night shift diligently verified the identities of individuals visiting the hotel during early hours, ensuring that only hotel guests were allowed access. This proactive measure has significantly enhanced the safety and security of all hotel guests. "

"It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment."
