"The hotel by itself is amazing. Very clean and staff were very accomodating. No complaints whatsoever. Accessibility wise, it would be nice if the duration of shuttle bus service to Umeda station was extended instead of last bus at 630pm. It would also be great if we’re able to get the airport limousine buses to drop by the hotel instead of having to go to Herbis to get it. "

"Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. While the premium room was slightly smaller than expected access to the Club Lounge made it worth it. The hotel also has a small pool.
