"A happening, busy hotel lobby, but rooms were quiet. Close to the tube, but in a nice, relatively quiet neighborhood. Restaurant was ok. Convenient. Food a bit salty. Not the best location for a first visit to London since it’s far from many tourist spots. Still, a nice hotel. "

You feel that they really want to make sure you are having a good stay and we appreciated it very much. Great restaurants were in the area.
