"The property and staff was great. I think the beds were full size, for 2 people (my teenager and I) was a bit too small. I also didn't like the fact that we had to pay 16% on the resort credits. Other than that it was a great trip."

Jorge, is really warm and welcoming he was also really quick to respond and knowledgeable. Jorge made us feel like we were his only guest! Ismail always kept us informed about the activities for the day. My kids 12,10 wanna come back next week lol! There was something for all of us! We will definitely be coming back! "
