"Bandara Pool Villas was amazing. The Ao Yon villa was luxurious and picturesque. My family loved our stay in this one-of-a-kind suite. The staff was courteous and helpful. Small hiccups like a malfunctioning air conditioner and ants near the garbage was quickly remedied. Food at the Sumpao restaurant onsite was delicious although priced for tourists. My family would thoroughly recommend this property."

"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time).
Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places.

"Definitely include the breakfast if you're going to stay here. The pool is excellent and the staff are very helpful. Its also convenient to have a coffee shop in the hotel. There are lots of bars and restaurants withing walking distance and the beach is also a 5 minute walk. "
"It’s amazing how beautiful every part of this resort is given the size of the property. The gardens are amazing.We stayed in the Romantic Suite and it was huge with a swing seat, spa, etc with sweeping vista views. Just fabulous. Two pools and walking distance to Bangla Road. "

"Absolutely incredible stay – already missing it!
We had the most amazing time here and feel genuinely sad to be back home. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, with refreshing air conditioning that made all the difference. Breakfast was a real highlight – an exceptional spread with dishes from around the world and so much variety.
Both pools were clean with cool, inviting water, and the entire resort was immaculate and peaceful. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the beach and pier lounges – such a perfect spot to unwind, have a drink and watch the sunset. There's also a charming little town just a short walk away, full of restaurants and a few shops, and it's super easy to book boat trips from the island.
This has genuinely been the best holiday I’ve ever had, and I’m already planning to come back next year!"
"Had an amazing stay at this resort. The rooms were really spacious and so comfortable to sleep in. The pools were never full so it was super easy to get a sun lounger and the free towels to use were so handy. The staff at the pool bars were so helpful especially at the Pomelo pool which was also over 12s only therefore relaxed and quiet. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the shuttle bus service around the resort was a great service. I would definitely recommend a stay at this resort if you are heading to the Karon beach area."
"Overall we had a great time at this hotel. We booked it with an all inclusive package. The pools are spectacular and span the entire property. Great service from staff. The one thing we were a bit surprised by was that the beach in the hotel is a reef so unless snorkelling not really an area to stay and float in the ocean. Other oceans nearby however they are not associated with the all inclusive package so if you leave you lose your benefits. Rooms are very nice but walls are very thing so can hear cars passing/chatting in hallways. "
