My family's experience at La Siesta was one of the highlights of our short trip to Hanoi. We were made to feel welcomed from the minute we stepped into the hotel and encountered Vietnamese hospitality at possibly its best.

I’ve stayed at Fairmont around the world and am always super impressed by the quality and service. Definitely deserves 5 stars. I recommend this hotel. Clean, safe, comfortable, luxurious.

My overall experience with Tirant Hotel at Hanoi Old Quarter was exceptional. Fantastic hotel with unbelievable staff. Beautiful boutique decorated hotel with great touches all over the place and staff that goes way beyond needed to make you feel comfortable. We always travel in 5 star hotels but I would take La Siesta any day before 5 star hotel. Seriously unbelievable stay. We tried the food, the bar, the spa and everything was an incredible experience. Really recommend this hotel.

Great location, very friendly and hospitable staff. We were also given a complimentary basket of fruits which was not expected at all.

The hotel was absolutely excellent and I greatly enjoyed my stay there. Everything - from the service to the food to the room - was flawless. In particular, I was impressed by the service rendered by the staff to us, especially when it comes to managing tours and transportation. We were planning to take a Grab to the airport upon returning; they instead gave us a hotel vehicle with a cheaper price.
