"Location was nice with lots of options for local street food in the area. Circle K is located nearby. Service by the front desk staff was friendly and nice. Facilities in the room was sufficient however was a little aged. Suite was facing the main road and a wee bit noisy at night. Curtains could not be fully shut, as such no way to sleep in if you wanted. Walls are a little thin. As such noise from the neighboring bedroom could be heard at times. Breakfast is not provided but local food such as...

"A good option if wanting to stay close to the centre of hanoi, note that the hotel is located on the other side of a fairly busy highway which can be a thrill to cross at times. Its a great glimpse at the slighty less tourist based centre of hanoi"

"The woman and young man who work at night are very nice. There are a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and food stalls in the area. With that said, there was gum on the wall and sticky stuff in the fridge. The sheets weren’t clean and WiFi and power were inconsistent. I had to get a chair and unplug and replug the WiFi box in the hall every hour if I wanted to use it (and I needed it for work). OK for locals, not great for tourists."
