"Hotel is situated right in Old Quarter. Rooms were clean and in good state. Staff members were lovely and helpful. We had stayed at hotel with better reviews in Hanoi but this was a much better experience overall. Would recommend as good value for money. "

They always greeted my parents and me when we went out adventuring and welcomed us "home" when we finally returned. Combine that with amazing breakfast food, an amazing swimming pool and a great room put this hotel in my record books."

"Everything about this hotel works perfectly. The location, rooms, staff and food are exactly right. The manager, Alex, is happy to "go the extra mile" to make sure that you have what you need and that you're well looked after. His team is friendly, helpful and all seem to be very happy. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel, and it won't be my last. Location-wise, you are in easy reach of Hoan Kiem lake, good eating places and, if you're feeling brave, the train street. I just need to say and extra 'thank you' to Alex. I don't think the word 'no' is in his vocabulary and this attitude just takes the stress out of business travel in Hanoi. When a promised delivery failed to arrive, it was Alex who go on the phone to DHL to find out what was happening and then made sure that when it did eventually appear it was sent on to my next hotel in HCMC. Exceptional service. Sure, you can stay in grander hotels in Hanoi, but you can't get much better!"

"Absolutely stunning hotel in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. Everything was so easily accessible - from the Lake to the train street and everything in between! The room was gorgeous and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a healthy selection of Vietnamese delicacies. Totally recommended!"
