"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente experiencia en Hotel Xcaret México Nuestra estadía en Hotel Xcaret fue espectacular. Todo incluido de primer nivel, excelente comida, instalaciones impecables, transporte muy bien organizado y un servicio excepcional por parte de todo el personal. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con vistas impresionantes. Los parques y actividades incluidas hacen que la experiencia sea única para toda la familia. Como único comentario de mejora, en el área del Kids Club "Chiquillos" sería conveniente revisar y reparar el techo de guano, ya que observamos algunos orificios que podrían requerir mantenimiento. Fuera de ese pequeño detalle, todo fue excelente. Sin duda regresaremos y lo recomendamos ampliamente para familias que buscan unas vacaciones inolvidables. 🌴☀️🏖️"

"Property is okay, could use a little update in the rooms, the restaurants are good, food is great, pools needs more attention, some of the seats around the bar needs repair, drinks are okay, maybe use some real fruit syrup would give them a plus. We had fun, the only downside is, I know they have to sell, but it gets annoying been bother the whole time there, they even call your room to try to get you to buy the timeshare, they need to remember that we are there to have fun and enjoy our vacation, if that's too much time ask ."

"I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews I came across on this website. This has truly been the best vacation I’ve ever had. The people, the food, the resort everything was impeccable and absolutely amazing. It was a lot, a lot of sargassum in the beach but to be honest it didn't bother me because everything else was AMAZING! My son’s 10th birthday was honestly the best trip of his life, and I say that as someone who has traveled quite a bit. They made his birthday so special that it’s something I will always remember. I love Mexico this was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be coming back again. I’ve already told all my friends about this place because it really is incredible. Thank you so much for everything!"

"My stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding, every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay enjoyable. The food exceeded my expectations, with a great variety of options and consistently high quality at every restaurant. Every meal felt fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. One thing that really stood out was how clean and well maintained the entire property was. The rooms, pools, restaurants, and common areas were spotless and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. If you’re looking for a resort with exceptional service, delicious food, and beautiful, well-kept facilities, I highly recommend Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen. I would definitely return."
