Not as advertised
I am sure that the apartments pictured in the online profiles are accurate, but the apartment we got did not look like the ones pictured. We had a lot of difficulty confirming the location and the process to get the key. The phone number was never answered even though we tried over several days. Fortunately, we had a local guide who did extra service to get this information for us so we could find the apartment. When we got to the apartment and navigated the dark and dirty hallways, we were greeted with a toilet outside the apartment door. I have to admit that the bedding was clean, but the apartment smelled of urine and the bathrooms were dirty. Even my teenage son would not shower! There was some old food in the fridge, loose wires hanging around the TV and the modem (which was surrounded by ants). We could not contact anyone. We spent the first night of our booked 3 nights, but changed accommodations the next morning.
In one of the bedrooms, the shower and toilet were in the bedroom!
We were very disappointed because we were looking forward to being all together at the end of our China vacation.
